Gabriel A. Halimi is a principal of the Assessment Consulting Group, Inc. (ACG).  Mr. Halimi adds practical legal, business and political experience to the ACG team. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mr. Halimi has developed a stellar reputation for integrity and aptitude through numerous professional and philanthropic ventures in Southern California.

Prior to founding ACG, Mr. Halimi earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) where he focused in Real Property, Tax and Business law. Gabriel is certified under the California Dispute Resolutions Programs Act as a qualified mediator. During law school, Mr. Halimi also owned and operated a successful manufacturing and distribution concern headquartered in East Los Angeles. Mr. Halimi earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and soon after joined a commercial property management firm in Beverly Hills.

Also a philanthropist and civic activist, Mr. Halimi generously dedicates much of his time to community building activities, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Society of Young Philanthropists and Moishe House Foundation. Gabriel Halimi

Daniel Farasat is a principal of the Assessment Consulting Group, Inc (ACG).  Mr. Farasat's professional career and educational background place him at the forefront of real estate asset valuation and market analysis.  Daniel and his analysts specialize in complex financial modeling and asset valuation.  His firsthand knowledge of local markets and access to proprietary real estate databases are a major component of ACG's high success rate.

Mr. Farasat also serves as the managing principal of Tiger West Capital, a real estate company that specializes in the asset management and acquisition of office, retail and apartment properties in the greater Los Angeles area.  Prior to founding these firms, Mr. Farasat excelled in the representation of private real estate investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Daniel is a licensed California real estate broker.

Mr. Farasat holds a degree from the highly regarded Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program of the University of Southern California. Daniel supplemented his education with courses in game theory, bargaining & negotiation at the London School of Economics.  Daniel actively maintains affiliation with numerous civic, professional and community organizations.
